1 Introduction

Welcome to 96cuci (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). 96cuci operates as an online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at https://96cuci.cam, providing services including but not limited to live casino games, sports wagering, slot machines, and instant games to eligible players in Malaysia and other permitted jurisdictions.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "User", "you") and 96cuci. 3 Account Eligibility

Access to and use of the 96cuci Platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not explicitly prohibited under your local law.

• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, proxy, or representative of a third party.
• You have not previously had an Account terminated by 96cuci for a breach of these Terms.

It is the sole responsibility of the Player to determine whether online gambling is lawful in their jurisdiction. 96cuci makes no representations concerning the legality of its services in any specific jurisdiction and shall not be liable for any legal consequences arising from a Player's use of the Platform in a restricted jurisdiction.

4 Account Registration & Security

4.1 Registration Process

To access the full range of services on 96cuci, you must register an Account by providing accurate, complete, and current information as requested during the registration process. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and preferred payment method.

Each Player is permitted to maintain only one (1) Account on the Platform. The registration of multiple Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension.

4.2 KYC Verification

Prior to processing any withdrawal request, 96cuci requires all Players to complete identity verification (KYC). Accepted documents include a valid Malaysian MyKad, Passport, or Driver's License, accompanied by proof of residential address (such as a utility bill or bank statement issued within the preceding three months) and a selfie photograph holding the submitted identity document.

Verification is typically completed within 24–48 hours of a complete document submission. 96cuci reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage.

4.3 Account Security Obligations

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. You agree to:

• Select a strong, unique password and update it periodically.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available.
• Never share your login credentials with any third party.
• Notify 96cuci immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your Account.

96cuci shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to an Account resulting from the Player's failure to maintain adequate credential security.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

96cuci accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Malaysian payment channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, Hong Leong Connect, and RHB online banking. Cryptocurrency deposits via BTC and USDT are also accepted.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

Minimum deposit amounts and maximum transaction limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction. General guidelines are as follows:

• E-Wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay): Minimum RM30; Maximum RM10,000 per transaction.
• DuitNow / FPX: Minimum RM50; Maximum RM30,000 per transaction.
• Online Banking (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong): Minimum RM100; Maximum RM50,000 per transaction.

96cuci reserves the right to modify transaction limits at any time. Updated limits will be communicated via the Platform.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the completion of KYC verification. Indicative processing times are as follows:

• E-Wallet withdrawals: Typically processed within 5 minutes.
• DuitNow / FPX withdrawals: Typically processed within 5–15 minutes.
• Direct bank transfer: Typically processed within 15–60 minutes.

Processing times are indicative only and may vary during periods of high demand, system maintenance, or for accounts pending additional verification. 96cuci does not guarantee minimum processing times and shall not be liable for delays attributable to third-party payment providers or banking institutions.

5.4 Currency and Fees

All transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). 96cuci does not impose transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. Players are advised that their own bank or e-wallet provider may apply separate service charges independent of 96cuci's operations.

6 Betting Rules & Wager Policy

6.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on 96cuci are subject to the specific rules applicable to the game or market in question. Game-specific rules are available within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail for that game only.

6.2 Sports Betting

The 96cuci sportsbook covers Liga Super Malaysia, the English Premier League (EPL), UEFA Champions League, La Liga, UFC, and numerous other global sporting markets. Odds are displayed in decimal format and are subject to change prior to the commencement of an event. Once a bet is confirmed, the stated odds at the time of placement are binding.

In-play (live) betting is available on selected markets. Live odds fluctuate continuously based on match conditions. 96cuci reserves the right to suspend in-play betting on any market at any time without prior notice.

6.3 Voided Bets

A bet may be declared void and stakes returned in circumstances including, but not limited to: event cancellation, match abandonment, system error resulting in manifestly incorrect odds, or where 96cuci has reasonable grounds to suspect bet manipulation. Voided bets will be returned to the Player's Account balance.

6.4 Maximum Payout

Maximum payout limits apply per bet, per event, and per day. Specific payout limits are displayed within the relevant betting interface. 96cuci reserves the right to limit, reduce, or refuse any wager at its discretion.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

96cuci offers various promotional bonuses to both new and existing Players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and referral incentives. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time the offer is presented.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to minimum wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and time limits applicable to each bonus will be clearly stated within the relevant promotional terms. Failure to fulfil wagering requirements within the specified period will result in the forfeiture of the bonus balance.

7.3 Bonus Restrictions

7.4 Refer-a-Friend Programme

The 96cuci Refer-a-Friend programme awards a bonus of RM50 for each successfully referred Player who creates a verified Account and completes a qualifying first deposit. Referral bonuses are subject to the same wagering requirements as standard promotional bonuses. Self-referrals and referrals between associated accounts are strictly prohibited.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 96cuci Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering multiple Accounts or using false, misleading, or third-party identity information.
• Attempting to access the Platform if you are under 21 years of age or are a Prohibited Person.
• Using automated scripts, bots, AI-assisted wagering tools, or any software designed to provide an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of manipulation of sporting events.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or pricing anomalies ("arbing") for systematic profit.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Systematically claiming bonuses across multiple accounts to circumvent wagering requirements ("bonus abuse").
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 96cuci staff or other Players.

9 Responsible Gambling

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the 96cuci Platform, including but not limited to software, source code, game content, graphics, logos, text, images, audio, and design elements, is the property of 96cuci or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or exploit any content or software from the Platform without the prior written consent of 96cuci.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 96cuci shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses resulting from gaming activities on the Platform.
• Service interruptions, technical errors, or platform downtime.
• Delays in payment processing attributable to third-party payment providers.
• Data loss or security breaches resulting from events beyond 96cuci's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from a Player's reliance on inaccurate or outdated information on the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit 96cuci's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12 Suspension & Termination

12.1 Termination by the Player

You may close your Account at any time by contacting 96cuci customer support at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any pending wagering requirements on bonus funds must be fulfilled or forfeited. Verified real-money balances will be returned to the Player's nominated withdrawal method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

12.2 Termination by 96cuci

96cuci reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Account, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or prohibited conduct as defined in Section 8.
• Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation when requested.
• Court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request.
• Cessation of 96cuci's operations in a particular jurisdiction.

Where an Account is terminated for cause, 96cuci reserves the right to withhold any balance pending the outcome of an investigation.

13 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 96cuci holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through negotiation shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules applicable in the licensing jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent 96cuci from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property, confidential information, or other proprietary rights.

14 Amendments to These Terms

96cuci reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address associated with their Account and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform, with a minimum of seven (7) days' notice prior to the effective date of the change.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account.

The date at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision. We recommend that Players review these Terms periodically to remain informed of their obligations.
